Paramount Pictures reveals Sonic the Hedgehog Film Motion Poster
Yes ladies and gents, you heard it right. Though there are many questions (like why his body looks like a teenage boys with a giant sonic head attached) here is what we know thus far:
Tim Miller, the Executive Producer, discussed the design of the character, specifically his fur, saying "It would be weird and it would feel like he was running around nude if he was some sort of otter-like thing. It was always, for us, fur, and we never considered anything different. It's part of what integrates him into the real world and makes him a real creature.”
Jeff Fowler is making his directorial debut on this project, along with James Marsden, Tika Sumpter and Jim Carrey starring in the film. Jim will voice Robotnik, the films main antagonist. Although, as most seasoned fans of film adaptation of video games know, this could very well be a hit or miss, with the chances of a miss far outweighing the hit. More news to come.
